The Student Council of the Ilmenau University of Technology endeavors to make its website accessible. The legal basis for this is the Thuringian law on barrier-free access to the websites and mobile applications of public bodies (ThürBarrWebG), the Thuringian ordinance on the creation of barrier-free information technology (ThürBITVO), the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) and the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 in its current version.

As part of an internal test, we have determined that the website does not yet guarantee complete accessibility. We are striving to continuously improve this.
