The "ErstiWoche" refers to the introductory week that takes place every year in October at the TU Ilmenau. For one week, first semester students (in short "Erstis") are introduced to Ilmenau and their studies. Many cultural events need to be organized and many arrangements have to be made.

But since not everything always goes smoothly, an organization team is necessary. This organization team is our department ErstiWoche (EWO for short).
